• Employer Briefing Pack — a packaged resource for organisations wishing to inform employees about workplace retirement arrangements

6. Payment Terms

Prices for our services are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change. Current pricing:

• Topic Explainer Series — ฿7,000
• Employer Briefing Pack — ฿11,500

Payment is required in full before service materials or sessions are provided, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will confirm payment methods and instructions at the time of purchase.

Refunds: If you wish to cancel a purchase before the service has been delivered or accessed, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refund will be issued once materials have been sent or a session has taken place.

7. Educational Services Terms

Our services are educational and informational only. Please note the following:

• Completion of any session or course does not constitute a professional qualification or credential
• Session and material content reflects general information and may not be applicable to every individual's circumstances
• We recommend that individuals with personal retirement planning queries consult a qualified financial adviser or official government resources

12. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is not achieved, any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
