Our Resources
Three Focused Resources for Pension Understanding
Each Tenura resource addresses a specific need — from personal record organisation to general scheme knowledge to internal employer communication. Plain language throughout.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Approach to Education
Every Tenura resource follows the same underlying method: start with what the participant needs to know, not with what the provider knows. Content is sequenced to build understanding, written to avoid unnecessary jargon, and delivered with materials that remain useful independently.
Needs-First Design
Each resource starts from what a typical participant doesn't yet know — not from the full scope of what exists.
Layered Content
Core concepts first, context and vocabulary second, reference sources third. Each layer supports the next.
Persistent Materials
Participants leave with documents they can use on their own, without returning to Tenura to recall what was covered.
Resource 01
Records Tidy-Up Toolkit
A toolkit and short session to help individuals create a single, well-labelled home for their important paperwork and account details. Includes folder templates, a contents sheet, and a simple update routine. An organisation aid only — it neither interprets nor advises on individual circumstances.
Many people hold pension and benefit documents across multiple locations — employer correspondence, fund statements, beneficiary nomination forms — with no reliable way to find them when needed. This toolkit provides a consistent filing structure and a habit for maintaining it.
- Pre-designed folder and section templates
- Contents sheet to record what is held and where
- Six-month update reminder routine
- Short accompanying session (in person or remote)
Process Steps
- 1Introductory session to explain the structure and its purpose
- 2Participant receives physical or digital toolkit materials
- 3Walk-through of how to apply the structure to existing documents
- 4Setting up the update routine and reminder schedule
Resource 02
Topic Explainer Series
A set of plain-language explainer sessions covering how retirement schemes are generally organised, the vocabulary involved, and where official answers live. Delivered as a short course with notes to keep. Educational and general — qualified specialists are recommended for personal decisions.
Covers the Social Security Fund, employer provident fund structures, the role of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Thailand, contribution mechanics, vesting periods, and how to locate official information sources. No specific fund recommendations.
- Session notes and reference sheets provided
- Covers SSF, RMF, and employer provident fund structures
- Plain-language glossary of Thai pension terminology
- Guide to official information sources and how to use them
Course Structure
- 1Session one: How the Thai retirement landscape is structured
- 2Session two: Vocabulary and what it actually means
- 3Session three: Where official answers are held and how to find them
Resource 03
B2BEmployer Briefing Pack
A ready-to-use briefing pack for organisations that want to communicate workplace retirement benefit information to employees clearly. Includes slides, an FAQ, and a facilitator outline centred on communication and process. Supplied as a packaged engagement with reusable templates — no specialist delivery skills required.
Designed for HR and people teams who want to improve how provident fund and Social Security Fund information reaches employees — without requiring external facilitators at each delivery. Once the pack is in hand, it can be used for new starters, team briefings, or annual reminders.
- Presentation slide deck (editable)
- Employee FAQ document
- Facilitator outline with speaker notes
- Single-organisation licence for internal reuse
Delivery Process
- 1Initial call to understand the organisation's scheme structure
- 2Pack customised with organisation-specific scheme details
