Case Study 01
Records Toolkit — Individual Participant
Challenge
A participant approaching mid-career held documents across three employers — physical statements, online fund accounts, and a beneficiary form they were no longer certain was current. None of it was in one place.
Solution
The Records Tidy-Up Toolkit session identified which document categories applied. Folder templates were adapted to the participant's specific situation. The contents sheet gave a single reference point for everything held.
Result
All documents located and organised within two weeks of the session. Participant identified a beneficiary nomination that needed updating and was able to act on it with the right administrator. Six-month update routine in place.

Employer Briefing Pack — Manufacturing Organisation, Northeast Thailand
Challenge
The organisation had a provident fund in place but HR was receiving the same basic questions about vesting and contribution rules from employees every quarter. There was no consistent internal communication around the scheme.
Solution
The Employer Briefing Pack was customised to reflect the organisation's specific scheme structure. HR delivered the slides and FAQ in a 45-minute team briefing. The facilitator outline was used without modification.
Result
Repeat scheme-related enquiries to HR fell by approximately 60% in the quarter following the briefing. The pack has since been used for two new-starter cohorts. No external facilitator has been required since the initial delivery.

Topic Explainer Series — Group of Three Colleagues
Challenge
Three colleagues at the same employer wanted to understand how their workplace provident fund related to the Social Security Fund and what their options were for personal retirement savings alongside both. None had a financial background.
Solution
The Topic Explainer Series was delivered as a small-group session over three afternoons. The glossary and reference guide were central to the second and third sessions. All three received the same set of notes.
Result
All three reported feeling more confident asking questions of their scheme administrator and financial adviser after the sessions. One identified a discrepancy in their SSF contribution record and was able to query it through the correct channel.
